Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
For change-of-mind returns:
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product:
• You are entitled to a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
• We will cover the cost of return postage.
